Player registration is from 09:15-10:15
First games kick-off at 10:30

The festival is played in two stages - leagues followed by knock-out competitions.

The event is covered by the British Red Cross and our own first aiders and club doctor. With on-site catering and refreshements available through-out the day.

Referrees are provided by Sussex and Worthing.

League played in pools of 3-4 teams, with match and score points determining entry into the knock-out events.

Knock-out consists of Cup, Plate and Sheild competitions.

Finals are expected to be played at 16:00

Player Registration

The attached form should be completed and handed in to the Control Desk on the first floor of the clubhouse.

Pitch Layout

Each age group has designated pitches for the duration of the event.

u18 = P1, P2 and P4
u15 = P3, P5 and P6
u12 - see plan

Club pitch marshalls are available at each pitch to ensure that games run to schedule and required equipment is available.

Festival Rules

Laws for the Festival will be as specified by the International Rugby Board (including the “seven-a-side variations”) but incorporating the changes specified in the attached Festival Rules.
